Duck Society is a collective of musicians based in Toronto, that aims to play music both pleasing for the body and the soul. Our musical inspirations are diverse, owing to the fact that our band members came from all over the world, but you can expect to hear a lot of pop, funk, jazz, folk, fusion, etc... and everything in between at our shows. Ultimately, our goal is to make sure everybody has a good time, whether they are on stage or dancing in the audience.

15$ cover after 10pm, with all proceeds going directly to the musicians performing.

After over half a decade with the internationally-renowned and legendary Orchestra Baobab, Cheikh Ibra Fam launches his international solo-career to take audiences around the world by storm with its Afropop blend of funk, afro jazz, soul, and more, also rooted in Senegalese traditions. His songs implore crowds to dance while he is calling to challenge systemic universal issues. His unique sound made him Radio France International (RFI) Talent Ibra Fam. Putumayo World Music included Yolele its Global Groove compilation in 2022 and a Charles Cros Academie competition selected Cosaan as 2023 Best French Song. Cheikh Ibra Fam is a socially active artist who has collaborated with the UN Refugee Agency in Senegal and Innovation Africa in the continent, among other projects. His band is composed of veteran Canadian musicians: Sudanese Canadian multi-instrumentalist Waleed Abdulhamid; Juno award winning drummer/percussionist Max Senitt; Turkish music prodigy saxophone and clarinet player Selcuk Suna; and a Toronto fixture, guitarist Patrick O’Reilly.
