Sikuris St Lawrence, a Toronto-based ensemble of Peruvian and Chilean musicians, brings authenticity to their rich musical heritage, blending traditional Andean rhythms, virtuosic instrumental solos, original compositions plus Peruvian and Colombian cumbia dancing music to create a captivating experience of real South American music. The band has performed extensively at various festivals, concerts and venues in Canada through the years Committed to preserving and promoting the cultural heritage of the Andean region, Sikuris believes that traditional music is a powerful tool for community building and cultural revitalization. Through their music, they aim to inspire a new generation of young people to connect with their roots and their communities, creating a deeper appreciation for the rich cultural traditions of the Andes

15$ cover after 10pm, with all proceeds going directly to the musicians performing.

Audiences are delighted by this approach and, whether the audience has a Caribbean background or are simply jazz fans, CJC loves to share their music and their passion.
