Rash is a trio with Tim Shia (Friendly Rich, Richard Underhill, Worst Pop Band Ever), Michael Herring (Peripheral Vision, Rebecca Hennessy, Dave Clarke's Western Swang) and  Andrew Rasmussen (Hailey Blais, Hannah Georgas, the 99s). They like to play music with lots of improvisation and a fair amount of groove. They also like short walks on long beaches.

Sol Pereyra, singer, actress, multi-instrumentalist and composer, with a professional music career spanning over 15 years. Her soloist career began in 2009, she has recorded six albums.

She has collaborated with Julieta Venegas, La Dame Blanche, Muchachito Bombo Infierno, Los Mirlos, Kevin Johansen, Los Caligaris, Jorge Serrano, Mula, Sara Hebe, Poirier, El Chávez, Faauna, Flavia Coelho, Agrupación Cariño, Rebeca Lane, Dany Calvario, Ramiro Jota, Salón Sandunga, Sarazino, Hot Plug Beats.

She has performed at major festivals in more than 15 countries in North and South America and Europe.

Four times nominated for Gardel Awards in Argentina. She composed Nadie te preguntó, emblematic song for Latin America’s youth.

From the start, her work has been based on being free of any prejudice and on a sonic exploration of electronic music, pop and folkloric traditions in Latin America and the world. In her musical map, you can hear guitars mixed with electronic beats, wind instruments, samples, percussions, marimba and synthesizers. She’s currently on a world tour with her latest album, “La Película”.

AFRO DEAD & SIA TOLNO

* AFRO DEAD is a musical collective (from Africa, Europe and the United States) directed by Aaron Feder and featuring the talented Guinean singer Sia Tolno and Diakanké guitarist Yaya Dambakate. Aaron Feder is the founder of Alma Afrobeat Ensemble (credited with 5 albums and 4 US tours) and is a multi-instrumentalist with many years of extensive experience with Grateful Dead music, including playing and recording with members of Phil and Friends, Oteil and Friends, Peter Rowan and more. Sia Tolno an award-winning  recording artist, vocalist and songwriter, brings to the collective her years of extensive global live performance touring. 

* AFRO DEAD & SIA TOLNO are 2 or 3 musical projects in 1, as an African Artist and/or a Jam Band Dead project done African style which has never been done before (read below for details).

NIÑA VOLCÁN

Niña Volcán is a local ensemble who use cumbia as a platform to create psychedelic dance music and integrate the band’s diverse cultural backgrounds and musical influences. Three core members–Manuel Rivas, Adlar Gross and Pavils Hawkins–are joined by a dynamic cast of percussionists and horn players to bring you an energetic, fun and latin-inspired dance party.
