Out of the Blue is a musical duo performing a Neil Young tribute and classic rock hits from the 1950s through the 1990s. The performers include Scott Stephens (vocals) and Michael Vangerov (guitar), original members of the international recording and touring act, Liquid Blue.
These nomadic rockers have performed in 30 countries as a duo and over 100 countries as members of Liquid Blue. During the Liquid Blue years, they released 16 albums including the highly acclaimed “Supernova” (all originals) and the appropriately titled hit song, Earth Passport.
