Sour Stew is a Toronto-based jazz trio with a heavy latin and funk influence. They perform a mix of original music, standards, and compositions by artists such as Chick Corea, Pat Metheny, Bheki Mseleku, and Joshua Redman. Alex, Sergio, and Zach met at university, where they played together in jazz ensembles, and they've been jamming (and cooking) together ever since.

Kia Rose is an ambitious 22 year old composer, vocalist, multi-instrumentalist. With music that combines the likes of Sabrina Carpenter, Rex Orange County and Melanie Faye, she brings a unique, melodic and jazzy flare to the Pop world. Paired with her unmistakable soft-sweet toned vocals and bright pink aesthetic, Kia has managed to make waves with over 300,000 streams to date and earn features on IHeartRadio, EARMILK, and Galore among others.
Not only is Kia the primary writer and producer of her own music, but she is also the lead guitarist on the Tony award winning show, “SIX” the musical with Mirvish productions based in Toronto and is endorsed by D'addario and PRS guitars. As one of the youngest guitarists in the history of musical theatre, she is one to look out for.
